Contact us
Benoit GRIMAUD, architect DPLG will welcome you for a first meeting. At you can tell us about your project, and together we'll define your needs. You'll be able to consult our library and tell us about constructions that appeal to you. We'll also provide you with a number of material samples, and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each. As for us, we'll show you how we work and explain the different tasks we can carry out.

Site selection, if has not yet been defined
NaturARCH can guide you in your choice of land. The site is of considerable importance. Good orientation, good views, good soil quality and location are all factors not to be overlooked. We can also help you find a plot of land by consulting our many partners.

Feasibility study
To find out whether your project is viable, we can offer you a feasibility study. During the feasibility study, we'll analyze planning documents and take into account economic and technical constraints. You'll tell us what you want, what you need and what you'd like to have in your future home: number of bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, floor, etc. This will enable us to define a program. This will enable us to define a program. After studying the various constraints and your program, we'll draw up a sketch of your project that best meets your requirements. This will take the form of a 3D computer model highlighting the building's massing, textures and colors. This will enable you to visualize your project more clearly.

Design
After the sketch, we'll move on to the Preliminary Design (APS) and then to the Final Design (APD). We'll always be at your side, advising you on the best choices to make. During this process, we'll choose the construction system, materials and heating system.

Building permits
Once you have validated the previous phases, NaturARCH will draw up the building permit application file, which you can submit to the town hall. Once the building permit has been obtained, it must be posted on the plot and in the town hall. For information, the time required to process a building permit for a single-family home is around two months.

General design project
NaturARCH, in partnership with structural wood and concrete engineers, thermal engineers, economists... will draw up the plans for your project that are required for the tender process. The latter need to understand the construction down to the smallest detail in order to be able to draw up their price offer.

Company consultation
NaturARCH will be at your side when it comes to consulting companies and signing work contracts. We'll help you choose the best companies to carry out your project in the best possible conditions.

Site completion
NaturARCH will be responsible for organization, monitoring and accounting through site meetings, and verification of the contractors' statements of work. We will keep you informed of progress .

Acceptance of work
Once construction is complete, NaturARCH will assist you with the handover. Then all you have to do is move in. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
